Kaito KID, the famous Phantom Thief had sent a heist note again. This time, the Kudo family challenged him. To the thief's suprises, his crush is going to catch him.

He has always waited for this moment! To finally be able to face the kingdom's most popular royale member, Kudo Shinichi. Kaito's heart always beat faster whenever he sees the prince in public.

For Kudo Shinichi, when his family sent the theif the challenge note, he was also excited. Not to mention, Kudo was fascinated with KID's tricks and traps. He was waiting for the day when the theif is captured by him.

Starting the new day with a mug of coffee, it was of course the prince. He went in the bathroom to change his clothings to new ones. Walking outside the village, he bumped into someone and accidentally knocked that person over.

The person who landed his body on to the groud looked up to see Shinichi staring directly at them. He widened his eyes when the prince offered him a hand. He gladly took it, face flushed. That was no other than Kuroba Kaito.

_I'm sorry sir! I wasn't looking... I can clean your clothes if you like! It's all my fault I'm... -The boy was cut off when Shinichi just smiled and walked away. That was weird. Kudo never smiles.

At least the prince is not mad at him. However, this was his first time talking to Shinichi in his civil persona. His face was heating up from such embarressment. Maybe it's because Shinichi recognise him as a special case.

Kaito ignored the fact that his face was still blushing and ran back to his home, preparing for his heist. Hours passed by, he was sitting on the Kudo palace's roof. Swinging his legs back a forth to pass time. It wasn't really his style to start things way to early. Besides, he'd like to watch what the detective prince would do in his daily lives. Well... it's kind of considered as stalking?

Midnight soon came. There were no crowds cheering since the Kudo family forbid loud noises around there except for any special events happening.

The gem was neatly placed in a small box. Many guards were protecting anyone from entering the room that contains the "Justice Of The Sea" diamond. Pure blue color represents the color of the deep sea.

The clock striked midnight. The lights went off. Shinichi ran quickly towards the gem room to make sure it was still there. He lifted the small glass cage up. Carefully opening the small box. The gem was still there. Then where is the thief?

He pretended to leave the room, but continue to spy the inside. Kaito KID, finally got out of his hiding spot. The magician walks towards the gem. Suddenly, a loud noise scared him. He turned back just to see the prince pinning his two hands down with a smirk on his face.

_The thief finally got caught! What do you have to say now, darling? -Shinichi said with a flirty tone.

_"D..darling!?.. He just called me...!" -The magician by now just realised the detective had called him darling. He can't hold his pokerface any longer. It's going to crack. Leaving a blushed thief with a charming prince.

He couldn't move. Not im this position. The first time in years, Kaito had felt so helpless but yet so happy when seeing the prince this close!

_What do you have to say now? Don't stay silent like that. -Shinichi held Kaito's chin up.

KID begin stuttering, not even able to finish a sentence. -I... you..! Uhm... Get away.. from me!

_Someone's being a bit noisy. Well then, let me shut it up. -Shinichi pressed his lip's against the thief's. The taste of chocolate was so sweet! Maybe he prefers bitter, but he can get used to this flavour.

Looking back at KID, his face was such a mess. He can't even tell what's going on between himself and Kudo Shinichi! His face started from a small pink tint to a dark flushed red. He felt too embarressed to say anything so he kept silent. He had to admit that he liked it a lot.

Shinichi finally pulled away when their lungs demanded for air. -That could've lasted longer.

_L..Longer!?...  What do you mean? -KID asked the prince, full of curiousity.

_Doesn't matter how I say it right? I love you, Kaito KID. -Kaito was now surprised. Hearing it made his heart warm up, pullung back into another kiss.

_Well, I...love you.. too. I thought I was the only who felt that way... -KID happily said. His eyes started to shed tears. Happy tears, tears filled with joy.

The detective just smiled. He picked up the thief, carrying him in a bridal way. How romantic! The magician snuggled into the prince's chest. He soon dozed off afterwards.

Guards outside were also amazed about how the prince managed to capture and carry the thief outside. Well, Kaito wasn't heavy at all. It even astonished Shinichi when he realised how light Kaito was.

When Kaito had woken up, he found himself in a very comfortable bed. He rubs his eye then started to watch his surroundings just to find a still sleeping prince next to him. He can't help himself but smile. Kaito reached his hand up to his face. His monocle was gone. Wait... does that mean... He jolted when felt something soft touch his left cheek.

_Good morning, love. -Turns out, Shinichi gave him a light peck on the cheek.

_I... morning to you too. -Kaito greeted him with a slight exhausted tone. He pouted his lips. -I never knew the prince was such a pervert.

_I can do better than just a 'pervert'. -Shinichi replied. A wide grin appeared on his face. Realisation hit Kaito, he used a pillow to smack the person infront of him. It just made Shinichi laugh. -Now you belong to me. So shut up, get back to bed I'm still tired.

_You look much nicer when you're not acting strict.

_Only for you, my darling. -Shinichi pulled Kaito closer just to kiss him. He used his tongue to invade the other's mouth. Swiftly slip it inside and explore, earning quite a pleasent noise from his thief. He loved it.
