Chapter 3
≽^•⩊•^≼
Wooyoung was Kyong's second worst nightmare.
She could say that he was... infuriating, yeah. He always messed up her hair and always lost his wallet here and there.
But the problem wasn't that.
The problem was that he have kidnapped her.
And of course Kyong, even she was considered a bit weird, didn't like being kidnapped at all.
And she was definitely angry with herself so stupid and clumsy to let someone kidnap her. She hated herself for that. She knew that she was lucky that Wooyong was the one who have kidnapped her, becuase Wooyoung, even being the most infuriating person in the whole city, wasn't bad, the girl was sure about that. She was a spy for something.
Kim Kyong had a lot of problems and she knew. If she tried to list them, the list could look something like: Jung Wooyoung, her family, Jung Wooyoung, the broken window in her room, Jung Wooyoung, her worst nightmare, Jung Wooyoung, her second worst nightmare, Jung Wooyoung, the monkeys' organization, Jung Wooyoung, the fact that she felt too alone, Jung Wooyoung, Jung Wooyoung, Jung Wooyoung, Jung Wooyoung, Jung Wooyoung, Jung Wooyoung, Jung Wooyoung and the mafia cat Jung Wooyoung have told her to spy.
Jung Wooyoung.
-That idiot!- the girl swore.
Jung Wooyoung was The Problem, with the capitals.
Jung Wooyoung have put aside all the other problems and it was as if he were twrking unclothed with a fuksia turban on his head righ in front of her nose.
It was a thing that you could easily notice. Particulary if you were a spy.
Kim Kyong's life was full with Jung Wooyoung and Jung Wooyoung's stuff.
He took her away from her family and made sure that they could never find her again. And Kyong couldn't complaina bout that, since she didn't like her family at all.
And then, with that daub on her shoulder, he put aside even her worst nightmare.
And now thare was only him.
She could say that he had some ptotagonism mania. Just a bit.
And Jung Wooyoung was of course the reason for wich she was fozing on a roof at three in the morning.
Because it was always Wooyoung, the girl reminded to herself while moving her fingers just to be sure that she wasn't going to lose them.
"I hope he won't lose his as idiotic as him wallet so he'll be able to pay me.
"And he's better pay me really much.
"Or, i'm not kidding, this time I'll blow him and his lazy ass up for real for real.
"No jokes at all.
"I have enough of him playing with me as if I were a pet, damn world!"
It hadn't took Kyong much time to find the man Wooyoung had talked her about.
Ot, for being precise, the boy.
Nothing was difficult to her, and even that work was becoming boring as the other ones.
With the difference that this time she had to climb on those damn roofs to follow tht damn cat and that, ehile he was looking at the moon, at the stars or whatever else that idiot was doing from that chimney, she was frozing.
She guessed that there wasn't anything else to be figured out, but she couldn't be sure, so she preferred to follow him until the point he would entre somewhere where she wouldn't be able to follow him.
"Damn Wooyoung.
"And damn cat.
"From now on, I'll hate cats with all of my soul. Why do they have to look at the moon as if... as if I don't know.
"It's okay being selenphile, i'm too.
"But why in this season?! Why in the middle of the winter?!
"Damn.
"i hate this world. I hate humans. I hate monkeys. I hate cats. But, over all, I hat Jungs.
"Jungs are so idiotic.
"Jugs are the worst thing in this whole world.
"After me, obviously."
Spies were not supposed to know each other.
Or better: spies were supposed to not know each other.
But Kim Kyong, before her kidnapping, was only a normal teenager from a rich family who had literally nothing to do in her free time. And her life basically consisted in free time. She had nothing to do but studying and it definitely didn't take her much time.
Ans so, as every teenager, she had her hobbies.
That mostly consisted in minding other people's business. She didn't do anything with the information she had. She just enjoyed at recovering them.
But, after a while, minding about common people's business was getting boring. They had nothing particulary intersting to be figured out. And then, even if there was something, it was too easy to figure it out.
That was why, after a while, Kyong had started to mind about misterious people's business.
First about the ones in her town, but then, since it was quite fun, she had started doing things in big, even if it was useful just to pass her time.
That was why she already knew Choi San before Wooyoung told her about him.
Of course, aftr her kidnapping she had too many things to deal with, so she have stopped to spy other spies.
But she hadn't forgotten anything and it hadn't taken her much time to figure out the things she didn't know ye about that boy.
In the morning, when she was quite sure that there wasn't anything else to be figured out, at least for that day, she decided that that time she didn't fell like writing down anything she knew and then giving the letter to Wooyoung as she always did.
And not because, as she was trying to convince herself, that matter was too secret and too delicate to be written down.
She was sure that no one would read the letter as log as it were in her hands. And she was also sure that no one would be able to take it away from Wooyoung. As long as he didn't put itin his wallet, obviously.
Because, even if Kyong hated admitting it, even being and idotic monkey, Wooyoung was definitely respected and feared in the whole town and also out of it.
The truth was that Kying was feeling alone.
She was feeling cold. And tired. Lost.
She just wanted to be with somebody.
Even Wooyoung was alright.
To be honest, even if she thought about it, she couldn't think of anyone. She hadn't any friends ans she definitely didn't want to go back to her family. If she wanted to, she figured she could; but she didn't want to. Plus, she was sure she wouldn't feel any better there.
After all, Wooyoung was the only person she felt like meeting.
And she needed a coffee, she was sure of it. She had been up all night chasing that damn cat, and if she didn't eat something ASAP, she was sure she would fall asleep on the ground.
-Ehy, Keikei!- Wooyoung greeted her when he arrived at their favourite bar.
The girl, whit her head rested on the table, didn't even open her eyes while the boy sitting near her and carssing her hair.
-Hi.- she just murmured.
-How are you doing? Are you okay?-
-A coffee, please. Then I'll tell you everything.-
-Sure, my dear.-
-I told you that Keikei is okay.-
A few minutes later, after drinking her three coffes, Kyong was feeling definitely better; at least she wasn't about to fall asleep on the table in the middle of the morning the comings and goings anymore.
-Okay, I'm ready to spill the tea.- she said, rubbing her eyes.
-So spill!- Wooyoung said, smiling at her.
-His name is Choi San, he's twenty two years old and...-
-Oh, he's as old as me.- Wooyoung noticed, interrupting her.
-Yeah, but he's a cat, you're a monkey.-
-What do you mean?-
-Don't be stupid.
-You know that in a mokey town everything can happen, so don't be surprised.
-He's an human, but he knows how to transform himself into a cat.
-To be honest, I'm very envious about that skill. Can you undestand how much it could be useful to a spy?- Kyong said, while looking at the morning sly with dreaming eyes.
-Ehy, girlie, wake up from your daydreams!- Wooyoung snapped his fingers in front of her face. -This is why Yeosang saw a mafia, as he call it, and then we saw a cat, isn't it?- he asked.
Kyong nodded.
-Yeah.
-I don't know what he was doing in you house, but...-
Wooyoung shruggled.
-I don't think it's important.
-Rather, do you have any pictures about that mafia cat?-
-What a silly question. Of course I do.- the girl grumbled, taking some pictures out from the poket of her jacket and gving them to Wooyoung.
-Oh my gosh... Keikei!
-Why didn't Yeosang tell me that was so... help, this is the most handsome spy I've ever seen!
-No, no, it's not enough.
-He's definitely the most handsome person in the whole world.
-After me. Of course.-
Looking at the boy in front of her falling in love with some pictures, Kyong couldn't help but rolled her eyes.
-Oh, yeah, I had forgotten that you're gay.
-I shouldn't have shown you those pictures.- she sighed.
The boy raised his face and smiled at her.
-Don't worry, I'm bi for you.-
-No one asked you.
-Rather, you'd better know that he is in the other organization.-
