(Serenity's POV)

The strange man, D, left a few minutes ago and I sat there not knowing how to react. I placed my hand over my neck and started to sob again. If it weren't for Yoosung's plead, he would have gone farther. I looked up and that's when I realized that I had forgotten to tell them which store I was at. I silently hoped for him to get here fast.

One of the staff came in and helped me up. She carefully led me out of the area and into the main part of the store. I looked up and saw a worried Yoosung standing at the counter. I ran up to him and hugged him really tight. I cried in his arms as he caressed my hair and tried to comfort me.

"Ssh.. Its okay now, Serenity. I'm here now." I hugged him tighter and he tightly hugged back. I could feel him shaking and he quickly turned to look at me. "Lets go home now."

-Time Skip-

Yoosung quickly led me into the apartment and sat me down on the couch. He sat down next to me and took my hands in his. "Serenity. I know you probably don't want to, but..." He sat there silent for a moment and then continued, "... Can you at least tell me what happened back there?" I slowly nodded.

"Well... You two were talking on the phone and he kept looking at me in creepy ways. I got scared. I- I panicked. And that 'surprise' he left you... I have it." I quickly and shyly moved my hair away from my neck and then his eyes went wide in shock. He sat there for a moment and then hugged me.

"I-I'm so sorry. I wasn't there to keep this from happening..." He apologized as he laid his head on my shoulder.

"Yoosung..." I said softly as I returned his embrace. He quickly pulled away and reached into his hoodie pocket and pulled out a small box.

"Let me make it up to you, Serenity. We have been dating for a couple years now and I realized that I would never lose my feelings for you. And so I found something in France that quickly made me think of you and that is why I asked Jumin to take us home. Because I wanted to give this to you as soon as possible." He got up from the couch and kneeled down right in front of me and put the box in my hand. He opened it revealing a diamond ring inside of it causing me to gasp. "Serenity Lee Ann Fox, will you do me the incredulous honor of becoming my wife now and forever?"

"Yoosung..." I started to cry tears of joy. "Y-yes!!" I hugged him and then let him put the ring on my ring finger. "H-how'd you afford it!?"

He laughed nervously. "About that, I used most of my money to buy you that ring. B-but don't worry about that! I can always make more money!!"

I giggled and gave him a quick peck on the lips. "I love you, Yoosung..."

He chuckled in response as he kissed my forehead. "I love you too... Do you want me to make some lunch?"

"Sure. And it's totally not because I missed your cooking." I replied as I playfully hit his shoulder.

"Is my cooking that bad?!" Yoosung got kinda nervous as he started to fiddle his thumbs, like a child.

"Well... It sorta is... But only sometimes!!! Its only because of your first attempt at making me sushi." She giggled at the memory remembering how she didn't want to tell him because she loved him too much.

"Oh...(╥╯﹏╰╥)" Yoosung said as he looked down to the floor.

"You know what? Why don't you go play some Lolol while I make us some lunch?" I asked as I patted his back while trying to make him forget what I said.

"Okay..." He then marched into our bedroom to go play his game. I then sighed and got straight to baking Yoosung a welcome back lunch.

As I was cooking, my vision began to blur. The room went dark and then I heard a familiar voice start to speak.

'Hello, beautiful.' The voice replied notifying me that they were quite a distance away.

"What do you want?!" I shouted as I turned around a few times, trying to find the owner of the voice.

'No hello? Hehe... Doesn't matter anyways. I just came to chat with you.' I could feel his breath on my neck.

"Well I don't wanna talk to you after what you did to me!!" My face began to grow red in anger as I went to push him away but he wasn't there. "Show yourself."

'I would if I could, pumpkin. But as you can see... I'm only a mere voice in your head. After all, the needle did inject you with a device that allows me to communicate with you without anybody else being able to hear me.' He laughed and I had a feeling that he was smiling wherever he was. 'Did your boyfriend enjoy seeing the love mark that I gave you?'

"Leave him alone!" I screamed. "Please!! What do you want with me?!"

'That's exactly what I came to talk about. Listen, Serenity. I know who you are, where you live- heck! I know everything about you! And don't you think that your safe from my grasp because I am coming for you... I'll come when you least expect it. There is no escape or hope, love. You will be mine.' He paused for a moment as tears began to fall from my yellow eyes. 'Even if it means killing that so called boyfriend you have.' He left my mind and I fell to the floor causing a few silverware and plates to fall down and brake. I slowly open my eyes, hearing someone call after me and I see Yoosung running up to me.

(Yoosung's POV)

I was busy playing Lolol and trying to forget the remark Serenity made earlier. Well, she was just playing and I knew that. But it was kinda hurtful. I paused the game and looked over at the empty box on my desk and blushed. She actually said yes. I wasn't even sure if I did that right or not. It literally took all my composure to pull this off. We were engaged and that's all that mattered. Before I could press play on the game, there was a big crashing sound downstairs. I quickly took off the headset and ran downstairs. I ran into the kitchen and saw that Serenity had collapsed onto the floor a few shattered plates surrounding her. I ran up to her and quickly helped her up.

"Serenity! Are you okay?" I asked. She stayed silent for a few minutes. I grabbed her chin and made her look up into my eyes. She was crying... Again.

She wiped the tears away before replying, "I-I'm fine. I just tripped while... Uhm... trying to reach for the plates! Yeah that's it." I knew she was lying. I looked into her eyes for a moment and then took a few steps back.

"Your lying to me aren't you?" I asked causing a shocked look to appear on her face. "Why aren't you telling me whats wrong?"

"Cause you wouldn't believe me if I told you." She responded as she turned away. "I'm sorry, Yoosung. But, I need some time to think about this okay? I'll tell you when I'm ready."

"But I need to know whats bugging you, Serenity!" I shouted causing her to jump a bit. My eyes softened and I pulled her into a quick kiss. "I'm sorry, I just really wanna know what-"

"He told me that he will kill you." She interrupted as the tears started to for in her eyes again. I hugged her tightly wanting to comfort her. "Shut up!!"

"Serenity?" She started to sob in my arms again and I started speaking. "Nobody is going to hurt me or you. Maybe so that you'll feel safer, we can go stay at Seven's place for awhile. Would you like that?" She nodded and muttered a soft thank you before she pulled away from the hug and started picking up the broken plates. I looked at her with sympathy and then pulled out my phone and started dialing Seven's number. It rang for a few minutes until he finally answered.

"Hello?" He said into the phone.

"Hey, Seven. It's me, Yoosung." I replied as I walked into the living room.

"Oh! I heard you were back! What's up?" Seven asked.

"Can Serenity and I stay at your house for awhile? She told me that somebody threatened to kill me and she was involved in a robbery where the robber had laid hands on her in attempt to make me jealous. And it worked. So can we please stay at your place so that she can feel safer?" I explained into the phone.

"Sure, why not. But before you hang up, how did the proposal go?" Seven agreed.

"Thank you. And she said yes." I told him and he laughed.

"Ha! Now Zen's gonna have to deal with the pain of you getting a girlfriend AND getting married before him!" Seven stated causing me to laugh in response.

"Bye, Seven." And with that I hung up and grabbed Serenity's arm, pulling her up. "Come on... Let's go pack up some of our clothes and stuff we wanna take with us."
