Chapter 6
Yeonjun was thinking.
Yeah, even if a lot of friends of him said that he was too stupid to know how to think, he knew to.
He was thinking about a lot of things at the same time.
So many that his brain were starting smoking due to overwork.
Math.
Chemistry.
Soobin.
His girlfriend.
Math. Chemistry.
His friends.
Math. Chemistry. Math. Chemistry. Math. Chemistry. Math. Chemistry. Math. Chemistry.
Damn school.
Yeonjun didn't hate school so much as he said, but didn't even like it so much. For example: he wouldn't have married shool for any reason. And, if he could, he would have made it explode without thinking twice.
Because, being honest, school sucked for real.
Math. Chemistry.
His girlfriend. Soobin. Math. Chemistry. School.
Food.
Only thinking about food Yeonjun found himself smiling and imediately felt like doing his work in class.
So, in his mind there wre only three, simple things: food, Soobin and that stupid History work.
And two thing on three were damn complicated.
The History work was easy, since he already had all the information he needed, the only thing he had to do was organize and write a stupid and aesthetic text.
What a bullshit.
Why should he do something aesthetic, when he himself was the most aesthetic thing in the whole country?
For no reason.
But, evidently, those stupid professours were even blind and didn't understand how handsome he was.
And, of course, no one could understand that he was too perfect to do something aesthetic, and that even worst, every piece of beuty in the air within at least two hundreds meters was going to belong to him and nothing that he and the people around him would do could ever be something far from perfection.
Except for his girlfriend, of course. She was so nice and so fine that, near her, Yeonjun felt like he was normal. As if he were ordinary handsome nd not the diva he was.
Ad then Soobin.
I fsomeone would have asked Yeonjun what he thinked about that Choi Soobin who went to live in his house, he could write a wwhole poem.
Soobin was literally perfect.
The only thing about him that bothered him was that he was always so afraid, but after their talk in the early morning about two weeks ago, things had gone really better and Soobin was more relaxed.
Yeonjun had even seen him hanging around with the most earthquaking boys of the school, those Beomgyu, Taehyun and Kai, with who he have been friends since nursery. So, since he knew them, he would not be surprised if one day Soobin would have came back home with some broke bones or something like that.
Two days ago he had even seen him talking with a girl who he didn't know ant then entring the school with her.
He could say the the new member of his family was popular.
Everybody knew him.
But no one knew that they lived together.
Yeonjun guessed that the other boy preferred keeping secret the information. Maybe he didn't like to talk about his past. Even he knew really little about it.
Soobin had only told him that his mother was dead when he was eight years old and that since then he had always lived with foster families.
With fifteen different foster families.
He really didn't seem to care about the topic.
Didn't seem hurt.
Yeonjun guessed that after all those years he should had repeated the story like a billion of times ant that at that point it was only a matter of words.
But what about his feelings?
He had lost his mother.
No one had ever loved in any way.
Was Soobin okay?
Yeonjun didn't think so.
He would like to help him, be he didn't know how to.
He couldn't go to Soobin and tell him: "Hey, Soobin, since I'm too smart, I understood that don't feel okay and now I wanna help you."
Out of topic.
Even if he really wanted to help Soobin.
Being honest, since the moment he had opend that door and had seen that boy, a few centimetres taller that him, standing in front of it with an expression that made it seem like as if he was afraid that the world was going to fall on him, the only thing he wanted was holding him.
Holding him as tighter as he could, but without hurting him.
Holding him and never letting him go.
Because Soobin seemed so fragile.
And he felt like he had to protect him.
He wanted protect him.
But he really didn't know how to do.
He didn't wanted to be bothering or intrusive.
Lost in his thoughts, Yeonjun didn't notice the time passing and when the ring rang he jumped and dumped his pencil case on the floor.
-Oh, damn!- he cursed bending down to pick up his pencils, hoping that they weren't broken, otherwise he would have had to buy some new.
When he had picked everything up, he took his history text, his books and put them in his backpack.
Then he run out the class that at that point was almost empty, whille turning on his phone smd checking the messages.
Obviously, he was damn popular and he always had a lot of messages from a lot of differente people, and he couldn't say that he disliked it.
While walkink towards the exit and greeting at half of the people he met on his way, he answered all the messages; he was about to put his phone back in his pocket when the screen lighted for a notification.
Yeonjun smiled, seeing his girlfriend's name.
Hey, Yeonjun
Are you busy, today?
Maybe
What does that mean?!
What does "maybe" mean?!
The boy smiled again, imagining Jiwoo's pouting face
maybe means maybe.
Maybe I'm busy.
Or maybe I'm not.
Don't be silly.
And you don't be idiotic :).
I'm handsome, not idiot.
You're an handsome idiot.
Anyway, if you're not busy, I would like see you.
I'm busy.
What do you have to do?
Why are you so sillly?
And why are you so idiotic and infuriating?
I was born like this.
Well, then I'm really sorry
For your mother, not for yoou, of course.
I'll tell her as soon as I arrive home.
Yeah, do it
You didn't tell me what do you have to do yet
I'm meeting my girlfriend, i guess.
...
Seeing that she wasn't answering anymore, Yeonjun thought that she could have thrown her phone i a sewer and that she could be banging her head against a wall.
That was the effect he had on people.
He knew that he was a bit infuriaing and he even knew that he did it on purpose.
Why do I have a that stupid boyfriend?
I don't really know.
I only know that you chose it by yourself.
I must be more more stupid than you frfr.
You are.
Thank you.
LISTEN.
It's better if you shut up right now.
I don't wanna break up with you.
SO.
SHUT UP.
See you later in front of your home.
Keeping smiling while looking at the sceen, Yeonjun didn't mind where he was going and banged against someone.
-Oh, shit!
-I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! I didn't...
-Soobin?!- he exclaimed, blinking, in the moment the person he banged against turned around.
-Yeonjun?! Are you drunk again?!-
-What?! No, I'm not! What do you think?! I was just...--Imma tell your mother that you're drunk! And that you go around banging against people!- Soobin reproacehe him, smiling.
-No, please! She would tell me to use condoms again!-
It was 3 AM, forgive me!
I totally write random things, at late night (i always write at late night).
And, you, vote, or I'll eat your phone, your tablet, your PC and your ass.
Love u <3
