Chapter 14
Chapter 14
Jimin woke up on wednesday in Yoongi's bed. He looked to Yoongi's window wall where he could see the sunset. The room was dark, but the sun was slowly lighting it up. He looked to Yoongi, who had a orange line on his face from the sun hitting him.
Jimin lifted up his hand, and it got hit by the sunlight as well, his hand lighting up with a yellow line. "Yoongi," he whispered. "Yes baby?" Yoongi's eyes remained closed. He spoke in his usual deep morning voice that Jimin had grown to love so much. "Wake up." He opened his eyes. "Come here." Jimin scooted closer.
Yoongi put a hand on his waist, making the younger lie down again. "No- we haven't brushed our teeth yet," Jimin whined when Yoongi leaned in to kiss him. "Mm, I don't care." He kissed him, despite the others attempt of escape. Jimin felt Yoongi going down, kissing his jawline and down to his neck.
"No-not now, I have to get ready for school." Yoongi hummed before lying back down again and closing his eyes. "You don't have to drive me today, I would like to walk this time." "Mhm." "...I'll make breakfast, want some?"
"No, you go eat. I'll stay here, 'm tired." Jimin nodded. "Okay baby." "Who are you calling baby?" Jimin giggled. "Hey! Know your place," he shouted when Jimin went out. But the boy just continued to giggle.
An hour later, Jimin came back. He peeked his head inside Yoongi's bedroom before sitting down besides the bed, where Yoongi looked like he was passed out. "Hyung?" "Hm..." He leaned down and kissed Yoongi's cheek. "I'm gonna go now. You have two hours before you need to wake up for work."
Jimin took Yoongi's phone and set the alarm clock before placing it on his night stand. He got up and went out from the back door.
"Taehyung?" Jimin spotted the other walking out of his house from across the street. Taehyung crossed the street and grinned at Jimin, for he had seen him walk out of Yoongi's apartment with a guilty expression.
"You're really making the most out of the fact that you're parents aren't here for a while." Jimin sighed as they began to walk to school. "I wish I could do the same today, but I have to study for our test tomorrow. It's supposed to be pretty big."
Taehyung rolled his eyes.
"You don't need to study for anything for the rest of this school year." The raven haired boy shook his head, not agreeing one bit. Sure he was smart, but he thought he needed to study as much as the next guy.
"So how are you and...your boyfriends?" Taehyung chuckled. "Good. Look I know it might seem crazy, but-" "No, Tae...if you're comfortable with them and like them both then there's nothing wrong with it."
Taehyung gave him a small smile, appreciating his friends words.
"It was just supposed to be Jungkook and I, but apparently he had another lover...it's okay now though. Hoseok takes care of me well too." Jimin grinned. "I'm glad. Is he doing any better?" The brunette nodded. "Seems like it at least." Jimin smiled to himself.
He was perfectly aware that it had nothing to do with his birthday wish, but that doesn't mean his wish wasn't coming true, because it was. "What did hyung mean with 'why did you let me be on a roof again?' " Taehyung shrugged.
"He probably tried to take his own life or thought about it at least. I didn't ask him, I didn't want to upset him when he's doing better." Jimin nodded his head. "I don't know him that well, but he only deserves good." Taehyung nodded, agreeing.
"Did Yoongi give you that?" He pointed to the simple necklace, resting on Jimin's neck. "You're first noticing this now?" "No, but now I see you wearing it every time I see you, so it probably means something to you."
"You're saying that like nothing means anything to me, besides Yoongi." Taehyung shook his head as they went past the gates of the school. "You know that's not what I mean." "Yeah, Yoongi gave me this when we were alone on the roof." Taehyung put a hand on Jimin's arm, stopping him from taking another step.
"Have you two..." Jimin nodded as he kept his head down. Taehyung sighed. "What happened to us?" "I decided to rebel and got a tattoo, and the tattoo artists there happened to be freaking hot is what happened."
"Hello lovelies!" Seokjin appeared in front of them. "Hyung!" "Hm?" "You don't look depressed today." Seokjin chuckled a bit. "I found someone else," he smiled before continuing to walk. The two teenagers looked at each other with curiosity before following their hyung.
"Who?" "Namjoon." "Kim Namjoon? Yoongi's friend?" "No, santa's reindeer- of course Yoongi's friend, who else?" Jimin rolled his eyes. "Well, he did tell me liked yo-" "He did?" Seokjin suddenly turned around making the two boys crash into his chest. They shook their head a couple times before getting their vision back. Jimin nodded.
"He said he thought you were pretty a-and that he liked your attitude." Seokjin smiled before turning to Taehyung. "See? Not everyone finds me annoying." Taehyung gave him a forced smile before they made it to their lockers.
Jimin and Taehyung's were besides each other, but since Seokjin was a senior, his locker was on the 3rd floor. "See you at lunch, hyung." Seokjin nodded at Jimin before walking to the stairs and up. Jimin furrowed his eyebrows as he felt his phone buzz against his butt.
Your actual hyung: Glad you still went to school after spending the night at Yoongi's
Minmin: Hyung...how did you know? Are you tracking my phone again?
Your actual hyung: Mother asked me to keep an eyes on you, yes.
Minmin: Don't tell mom and dad.
Jihyun smiled to himself as he thought about what to type.
Your actual hyung: Depends...what did the two of you do?
Minmin: We just ate dinner and watched a movie...and then we went to bed.
Your actual hyung: Those dots means something happened before you went to bed, hm?
Jimin groaned. Taehyung stood besides him, looking down at what had his friend's attention.
Minmin: Yes. He warmed up some milk for me and made sure I had everything I needed for breakfast the next morning, because someone apparently sent him a whole novel about me.
Your actual hyung: Really? What a nice and considerate guy to send your boyfriend that.
Jimin rolled his eyes and shook his head.
Minmin: It was you!
Your actual hyung: Hey, at least he listened. I won't tell mom or dad about it, because he was a good boyfriend.
Minmin: Thank youuuu
Your actual hyung: That doesn't mean I approve of your relationship. I still hate him.
The teenager smiled at his text for some reason.
Minmin: Alright, I get it. I have to go now. Class. Talk to you later.
The bell rang.
Your actual hyung: Okay. Study hard. Talk to you later Jimbles.
After school, Jimin spent the rest of his day and evening at the library. He was in middle of reading something when he got a call from Yoongi.
"Hi." "Minie?" "Hm?" "Come over after studying." Jimin nodded to himself.
"Fine, but I'll be there at like 9pm then. We'll have an hour before I need to go to sleep." Yoongi chuckled a bit. "We can have fun in that hour..." The boy blushed, knowing what his boyfriend meant. "I'll see you tonight then."
"Hey, want me to pick you up? Don't want you walking around alone when it's dark." Jimin smiled, he liked the older being protective although it did make him feel like a little girl sometimes. It was different, depending on who it was. If it was his mom or his older brother talking to him like that, he would only get annoyed, but with Yoongi, he felt cared for. "I'll be fine."
"Alright then, call if anything." Jimin hummed before hanging up. He spent another three hours there, until it was 8:30pm. He packed his bag, putting his laptop and books back. He threw out the paper from the sandwich he had eaten earlier and went down the many stairs, leaving the library.
He kept his head down as he passed the many restaurant and bars, where people around Yoongi's age were having fun and letting loose. Not too much though, since it was only a wednesday. He looked to his shoes when whistles were heard, Jimin assuming that it the whistle noises were aimed at him. And they were.
"Woah, hey!" Jimin looked up. He widened his eyes as he looked at the man with beer all over his denim jacket. At least the jacket was black, so it wasn't that noticeable. "Don't keep your head down when you walk, it's dangerous." Jimin nodded.
"I-I'm really sorry." He shook his head. "It's alright." Jimin watched the man look around, a frown on his face. "Want me to walk you wherever you're going? I can see why you're keeping your head down," he chuckled.
"It's a thirty minute walk though." He shook his head again. Jimin didn't get any bad vibes from other, but he didn't want to burden him. He thought the offer was kind of him. "It's okay, I'm going home anyways." He patted Jimin's shoulder before smiling.
"My name is Taemin by the way, yours?"
