11. Pidge- Rock Out

Soulmate AU!

This soulmate AU is when your soulmate says something, you have to say it too. You can control what volume you say it, but you can't control WHAT you say.

"The quantimnano charger can help an average human do anything here!" I said, before clamping a hand over my mouth. Shiro gave me an amused grin.

"Soulmate at it again?" he asked, sipping his coffee. I rolled my eyes and smacked my big brother lightly in the chest.

"Tell me something I didn't know," I scoffed, "You already found your fucking soulmate." He chuckled and ruffled my hair. I rolled my eyes and drank my hot tea. It was freezing today, and class was already over.

"So, do you want to meet Keith, Lance, Allura, Hunk, and Pidge at the park later?" he asked, propping up his arms.

"Sure, if they're not busy," I replied, looking at his steel-grey eyes. He smiled and got up.

"C'mon, let's go do our school stuff, then let's talk, pipsqueak."

(Timeskip)

I was loudly singing a song in the car, purposely annoying Shiro. Of course, I wasn't singing on purpose, my soulmate was. I mentally thanked them as Shiro scrunched up his nose, cringing from the horrifying sound.

"C'MON ROCK HAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!" I yelled one last time, before I was in control of my vocal chords again. Shiro breathed a breath of relief as he stopped into the park's parking lot. I saw the two gay boys sitting in a tree(preferably kissing), Pidge and Hunk on the swings, and Allura on the play structure. Shiro helped me out of the car, and I hopped onto the asphalt.

"Hey guys!" Pidge and I said at the same time. I was confused, but shrugged it off.

"So, how are you doing, (Y/N)?" Hunk said,

"Pretty good," Pidge and I said at the same time, again. I looked at her in utter confusion, wondering if she had heard wrong. The rest of the time went smoothly, except... Pidge and I always said the same thing at the same damn time. It wasn't annoying, but... perplexing. I wanted to question Pidge when we were alone.

"Why do you keep saying things the same time I do?" we said in unison. I breathed a hefty sigh.

"I can't help it!" we both yelled. I widened my eyes as she widened hers.

"Does that mean we're..." we said, looking at each other.

"ABOUT TIME YOU FIGURED OUT!" Lance yelled, side-hugging Keith, "Geez! Are you that dense?" I laughed.

"I guess we're soulmates then," we said as a white light seared across our arms. We had matching butterfly tattoos on our forearms.

"Now you're finally mine," I said, kissing her head. She chuckled.

"Finally, I don't have to sing your pop music."

"Well, I kinda wanted to sing your rock, since it annoys Shiro so much."

"Hey!" he yelled, a smirk on his face, "I still can hear your cheesy pop songs." I stuck my tongue out at him.

"Do you want to come over to my house?" Pidge asked, adjusting her glasses. I looked at Shiro for permission. He sighed and rolled his eyes, a smile playing on his face.

"...Fine, but only for an hour," he said, looking at my happy face.

"We can listen to music, and watch cartoon the time we're there!" Pidge said excitedly. I giggled and kissed her forehead, making her blush a bright red.

"Rock Out, my little space nerd."

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter!
