Alan is just a child when he creates victim, The Chosen One, The Dark Lord and The Second Coming. It was no brainer Agent likes Victim, everyone knew that. Agent knew that, the workers of rocket corp knew that, Ballista knew that, Primal as well and even Hazard who was always clueless on what's happening. It seems that Victim is the only stick in the damn facility who is clueless (is he really?), and Agent is fine with that. He wasn't really interested in starting any relationship with his boss (yeah he's lying).After all anyone can see Victim favor Agent more than the other mercs.
