"Shut---" Jimin suddenly yelped as he tripped over another branch. "UP!"

Rose sighed, pulling him away from Yugyeom by the collar for the fifth time.

"That's right, Rose. Claim that short-tempered dwarf of yours." Lisa grumbled along with Jungkook.

The man broke free from Rose's grip to scowl at the maknaes. The duo stared down with sunglasses, as if Jimin was a tiny puppy growling at two giant hounds.

Suddenly out of anger, Jimin pushed both of them down the cliff.

"Yo what the fuck?!" Jisoo screamed. Everyone quickly peeked down the edge which brought them to reliefness.

Luckily Jungkook had caught an overgrown branch while Lisa was hanging loosely on his waist. "You almost killed us!" Jungkook yelled angrily.

"I was just expressing the love I have for you!" Jimin shrugged nonchalantly.

"You almost KILLED us." Lisa repeated.

"Oh, how I wish I did." Jimin mumbled, walking away.

"Didn't know a hike up a mountain could turn into such a commontion." Jinyoung sighed and continued treking with Jin.

"Ah.." Yoongi sat his sore ass on the log, resting both elbows on it. Hoseok glared at him. "He never helps."

"There's a reason why he's dubbed as the goddamn grandpa." Mark rolled his eyes.

"That dumbass literally meant nothing to the gang. Can we just kill him and sell his green hair off as a wig??"

"Shut the FUCK up Jackson I will never die bald." Yoongi shouted.

"Seems like you're about to!" The chinese man pulled out his pistol.

Jaebum hit the gun away from Jackson's hand with a pebble. "Today's a no-weapon day, if you've forgotten."

"Then what if a grizzly bear comes to kill us?"

"We'll throw Jimin to it and run for our lives."

"Hey! What have I ever done to make you hate me?" Jimin whined at the leader.

"Your presence."

"Hey!" He whined again.

"You're the worst leader among them, Jae." Jin pointed out. "No, wait--- you three are equally the worsts. Members like Jisoo and Taehyung should be the ones leading."

"Yeah, let the Kim siblings rule the clan." Jisoo stepped on the log, acting all mightly with her twin brother.

"Can you pheasants quickly finish setting up the tents? Can't you see we're all tired?"

Jinyoung threw a glare. "You're the only tired one here, Yoongi. Even when you're not helping."

"I AM helping!" Yoongi protested, kicking dry dirt at them.

"Scientists proved that sleeping more can increase the height. But you are different case." Rose brushed her invisible mustache.

"God hates him, Chae. He made him stop growing at the age of sixteen, even when his hours of sleep is more than the rice we eat." Hoseok explained.

The old man drew out a loud dragging scream, causing the birds to fly away from the trees. "Shhhhuttttt uuuppppp!"

Cracking noises from the fire was the only sound heard throughout the time, not until Mark spoke up.

"Haven't you heard? Jenna's releasing a new book,"

Lisa tilted her head. "Jenna as in the author? Didn't she published it already?"

"Sorry. I don't really know anything about Wappa."

"It's called 'Wattpad', Mark oh my god."

"Heard it's titled 3 in the midnight or something?" Jennie grimaced as she wondered.

"It's called 3am. And I'm gonna be the international playboy in the story, sexy isn't?" Taehyung flexed.

"I think Jenna's putting me as the captain of a basketball team." Jimin mumbled to himself.

Everyone made weird noises which sounded much like a deflating balloon. "What's so funny?"

"You, Jimin? A basketball player?" Jungkook laughed loudly.

Jimin frowned again. "Yeah. What's the problem with tha---"

"But you're so short!"

"Shut the fuck up, Yugyeom. I can always request the author to kick you out of my team."

"HAHAH---wait, what? Your team? Does that mean that I'm also a B-ball player?" The brownie gasped in bewilderment.

"Just imagine Jimin playing basketball," Yoongi chuckled. "It'll be good enough to make me laugh for the rest of the week."

"Unlike you, Yoongi. Jenna was inspired by Draco Malfoy's arrogantness to craft you into the principal's son of the story. You're that boy who everybody hates." Jimin shot back with pure anger.

Jackson oof-ed. "That's a pretty deep wound you stabbed, Chim."

"What about you? What are your roles?" Namjoon turned to Lisa and Jungkook.

"A goth who carries secret knives and stuff." Lisa replied. Namjoon raised an eyebrow. "A gangster wanna-be?"

"You could say that. And I think I'm a drug dealer too." She added.

"What about you, Jeon?" Jungkook rolled his eyes. "Ugh, I'm one of those hobos who play video games and doesn't study. Almost like a NEET, you know?"

"If the author decides to pair you both up, you sure are gonna be that weird underrated couple who nobody cares about."

"Don't talk as if you aren't the janitor in the school." Lisa chuckled and Jin's face turned red. "S-Shut up!"

"That girl sure gave us weird roles in her new book." Mark muffled with his mouth full of soft marshmallows.

"Yeah," Yoongi agreed. "Jenna's a bitch."

"Sooo does that mean that this story s'bout to end?" Youngjae mumbled, looking slightly broken.

"Yeah, this is the final chapter of the whole ass book," Jennie furrowed her eyebrows. "You didn't know that?"

"I do know. I was just confirming with you guys." The boy replied. "I just thought Jenna would change her mind about making the story a bit longer.."

"I thought so too." Jinyoung sighed out loud. "It's quite fast, isn't it?"

They sat and stared at the blazing bonfire. Nobody dared to talk as starting more conversations would make it feel like time is passing very fast.

"I'll miss you guys." Jisoo blurted out. The members aww-ed when flustered girl quickly covered her mouth.

"Don't bother her," Taehyung smirks at you, the amazing reader. "She gets emotional when things're about to come to an end. I mean---don't we all?"

"It was fun with journey with you." Mark smiled at you. "At least you'll still get to see us on the author's second book!"

There was an awkward silence when the reader decides not to answer back.

"Fun fact!" Lisa perked up. "You can't breathe when you are smiling. Try it!"

"..."

The Thai girl soon cracked out a laugh. "Just kidding! We just wanted to see you smile."

"Ugh, you just tricked our reader!" Jisoo scolded.

"I just wanted to see her/his smile!" Lisa whined.

"Fire's dead! Save the talk for next time." Yoongi shouted, and they groaned.

"We'll see you soon, yeah? And make sure you hate that sleepy grandpa as much as we do." Jimin whispered, grinning boy-ishly before Naruto-running into his tent.

The sudden light was so strong that it pierced through the tents, forcing their eyes to peel open. When they finally gain back their clear visions by a few fist rubbing on their eyes, stretching their whole body was their second priority.

Lisa first to emerge out from her tent. Soon her sleepy eyes widened in pure shock. All eighteen wolves slowly came out to witness the scene before them.

All these years, they spent all their lives living inside the mansion, never stepping out unless there is a meeting to attend, such as a tradegame, or flying to a different country to meet trading partners, or simply to buy resources for the gang members.

They had never went out of the mansion for unnecessary reasons, almost as if they were vampires.

They didn't realized they've been standing dead straight for five whole minutes until Youngjae broke into a sprint. "Hey, wait up!" Hoseok called.

Sooner or later, all of them began to run towards what they were seeing.

It's almost been a kilometre already but no one of them dared to slow down, because what they were running for was something they longed to see since forever.

After the road had reached to its dead end, now they had no choice but to climb the steep mountain. Rose was on the lead, climbing up the rubbles like an inhuman spiderman.

Finally they reached the summit and Jaebum helped the last person up. "Thanks---" Yugyeom paused, pointing at the something behind the Got7 leader.

They stood crazy near to the edge, staring at the sun as if it was god.

Not to make it sound like a joke, but this was their first time seeing an proper sunrise.

Jennie pressed a wrist on her eyes to cover the leaking tears. "It's so fucking beautiful.."

Their heads snapped back in alert when a sudden noise broke through the silence.

"Holy shit, don't tell me that's a...?" Taehyung pointed at the animal at a higher mountain opposite to them. When it was done howling, it stared down at them with sharp eyes. "It's an alpha wolf!"

"But isn't it unusual for a wolf to howl at breaking dawn?" Bambam gave with a puzzled look.

"Probably it knows we're going to be here or something." Lisa frowned. "I don't quite get what you just said, Jungkook."

"You don't need to."

"Why is that so?"

"Because actions speak louder than words."

Lisa scoffed. "What's with you and your inspirational quotes these days?"

"Yo, that wolf just ah whoo-ed to us." Jackson reminded. "Now what should we reply to it?"

"Howling back will make us look retarded---ah!" Yoongi winced when the sunlight blinded his eyes for the third time. Oh god, he really hates the sun now. Or maybe the sun was the one hating him.

The grey wolf howled again. "Guys! It's waiting for us! Can we hurry up?" Jackson jumped impatiently.

"Ugh, fine!" Rose stood up and dusted her legs.

They stared at the sun with pride, not caring of the sharp glaring sunlight. They look a deep breath, and because they didn't want to look like a bunch of 'retards.' So instead of howling...

They let out the most inhuman, embarrasing screams.

If someone's down the mountain they'll wonder, what are those retards doing up there screaming at the sun? Are they ill? Are they on crack?

But does it look like they even care? The answer is so simple I don't even need to say it.

As long as they're doing it together, they'll definately feel proud. As long as they're one, they'll always feel this warm sense of belonging. Because that's what makes them a family.

And that's what makes them The Descendants.
