ThawIce's P. O. V

I hear the wind whistle behind my ears and I awake in the morning light.
I hear a wolf yelping about something.
I wake up to see what's going on.

TundraPelt- "Okay so the three of you go on the dawn patrol to the east of our camp okay?"

"Okay" three voices say altogether.
I pad up to the deputy.

"What can I do?" I say awkwardly as he is talking

TundraPelt- "Oh! You can go to the patrol on the south of the camp with WhispTail and Timberfang."

*I nod in agreement to the deputy*

I never liked WhispTail...
He's so quiet and he never speaks and he always catches the most prey in the pack. This time for sure I'll get more prey then him.

I turn to see Timberfang and WhispTail waiting for me at the creek. I leap rock to rock to them.

"Hi!" I say to them.
*Timberwolf says hi back.*
As usual WhispTail doesn't speak at all.
We bound to the forest and walk deeper in the brambles of the Artic Forest. The wind is cold and is roaring in my ears. I hope we find the patrol spot first.
