"I'm going to hold this against you for at least another 20 minutes," I sighed, doing my best to make myself comfortable anyway.

"And if you're constipated we can get something to deal with that-" I attempted to lighten the mood, earning an eye roll.

"We don't know what either of them are planning, I'm worried that they're growing confident enough to do something drastic."

"What if they kill you?"

"Levi," I brought my arms up around his neck. "If they kill me you'd better give them hell."

"Don't speak like that."

"I mean it," I paused, pressing my forehead against his. "We don't know what they're going to do. But if they do decide to do something like that, you'd better return the favor."

i don't know what they're going to do

but in this situation, at least one of us needs to hold it together

im on break rn <3 i've had a lot of time to rest and work on future fics but tidal remains one of my favorite things to write (even tho ive been rlly enjoying the fic i spoiled a bit <3)
