NOW I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF

The two of us had sat on the clock tower admiring the stars and chatting idly, enjoying the fading warmth of the festival down below for what seemed like hours.

The lights from down below dimmed, and the sounds of voices dissipated until it was just the two of us, hands interlaced, the chill of the night beginning to set in.

"It's not the north but it's still winter," Levi murmured, awkwardly shifting to pull me to his side.

"When do you leave tomorrow?" I asked, peering out onto the street below, it had mostly cleared of celebration.

"I would've thought you would want to stay longer?" Levi murmured, holding the door open for me.

Only now did I notice the position the staff had walked in on us in. Levi stood over me, caging me with his arms, his clothes slightly disheveled from when I had first started tickling him, similarly the bed and my own clothes lay in disarray.

"IT WASN'T LIKE THAT!" I rushed to explain, Levi flushed slightly before hurriedly pushing himself off of me, back onto his side of the bed.

"Of course it wasn't," Kuchel hummed, "next time don't start screaming in the middle of the night."

"Look what you did," Levi scowled, teasing.

"It's an early morning tomorrow," Kuchel murmured, straightening out the bed again as we got comfortable.
